Please take photos of the item and email them to us at contact@parisianna.com. We will investigate and arrange for the correct item or a replacement.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday). After shipping, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days.
Is the return shipping free?
No, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Are there any restocking fees for returns?
No, we do not charge restocking fees. You will be refunded in full once your return is processed and approved.
What should I do if I want to return my order outside the return period?
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns.
